Casa Leo vacation rental may be booked in its entirety by the night (4 nights minimum except where noted below*).
Maximum of two guests in each of the four bedrooms.

For rental rates, please , stating number of guests and projected arrival and departure dates.

All rates quoted in U.S. dollars and include all taxes
Rates do not include gratuities.

Rental Conditions

A deposit of 50% of the total cost must be paid upon making the reservation. Balance of full cost payable 30 days prior to arrival. If the balance is not received 30 days prior to arrival reservation is subject to cancellation

A security deposit is due along with the final payment.

Cancellations and Refunds

Should cancellation of reservation occur any time up to 30 days prior to arrival, a refund of up to 30% of the reservations deposit may be forthcoming. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.
