With impressive views of Zihuatanejo Bay, Mexico, Casa Leo is a showcase of impeccable interior
decor. Colors of comfort, colors of joy, original textures, rich, inviting
fabrics, exquisite woods and numerous distinctive details, from the finest
folk art to Spanish colonial armoires, create an interior that is at once
both beautiful and extraordinarily comfortable.

the highest point of Casa Leo lies an expansive Master Bedroom
Suite with luxury bath, generous wardrobe space, large dressing and
sitting areas, king-sized bed, remote controlled ceiling fan, locking
storage safe and floor-to-ceiling windows which open onto a private,
roofed garden terrace with Jacuzzi and panoramic views of Zihuatanejo Bay and town. |
A few steps below the level of the Master Suite and staggered to one side for privacy, Casa Leo offers two large, comfortable
guest suites, each with its own spacious, double-sized bath. One suite
has a queen-sized bed; the other has twin beds. Both have ample wardrobe
and dressing space, remote-controlled ceiling fans, locking storage
safes and floor-to-ceiling windows which open onto a shared garden
terrace equipped with chaise lounges for relaxing and gazing at cruise
ships, fishing boats, yachts, the brilliant blue sea and sky, or whatever
Zihua sight suits your fancy. |
Directly below the Master Suite lies the main living area of Casa Leo. One enters the house through a massive arched door of exquisite timber into a multistory, tile and brick court yard brimming with plants, trees and colorful flowers indigenous to the area. To the right is a spacious, enclosed garage with its own doorway access to house and ample parking space for two vehicles. Through the courtyard and another arched doorway, one finds an expansive, beautifully appointed living room that opens onto yet another roofed garden terrace with brilliant, panoramic views. Equipped with comfortable seating and a dining set, this terrace is perfect for informal dining or watching a spectacular orange and pink sunset. Adjacent to the living room is a spacious formal dining room with built-in marble and teak sideboard and cupboards. The dining table easily seats eight. Nearby is a well-appointed powder room. To the left of the dining room is a large, bright, fully equipped kitchen with marble countertops, state-of-the-art appliances (including microwave and dishwasher) and a convenient breakfast bar that opens directly onto the dining room. Off the kitchen is a large pantry equipped with a full-size refrigerator and ice-maker. |
Carrying down a few steps to the base of an exquisite curving
exterior stairway, one enters the expansive, palapa-and-wood-beamed entertainment/leisure
area facing the pool and another extraordinary panoramic view. The
area has a wet bar, mini-refrigerator, sun-yellow sofas and chairs,
a dining set and a pool deck equipped with chaise lounges. The generously
sized, fresh water infinity pool appears to flow seamlessly into Zihua
Bay below. To the left of the pool lies a beautiful, broad, open terrace
that juts out to embrace this tropical Eden. |
Finally, slightly below the area of the pool and patios and closest to the sea, Casa Leo has a fourth spacious
guest suite, complete with luxury bath, queen-sized bed, generous
wardrobe space, dressing area, remote-controlled ceiling fan, locking
storage safe and floor to ceiling windows which open onto a private
garden terrace and the fabulous panorama of Zihua. |
